Mistakes
are inevitable
That’s
what make us humans;
But
is “Sorry” enough
To
express the guilt within us?
“Sorry”
is not a mere word
It’s
an expression of repentance;
A
heartfelt plea, a soft voice
Erupting
from the heart’s lens.
Today,
the word is misused
Or, should I say overused?
That’s
what happens when things are valued
And
when people are used.
“Sorry”
is not enough
You
need to make amends;
If
you truly care for the one
If
you truly regret and repent.
When
your eyes can express your true feelings
Whenever
you utter the word “Sorry”
Be
sure that you will be forgiven one day
Your
true penance will curb down your worry.
