Eyes closed
Head feels heavy
The jabbing pain in heart
The fervent ache in body
Crystal clear and prominent.
Sitting in lotus position,
I try to focus
Breathe in, breathe out
Breathe in, breathe out
The breathing matters, nothing else
You are alive and full of energy
That's all matters, nothing else.
After a while,
Peace replaces angst
My mind feels empty
I feel I am floating in the space
Secured in the bubble of tranquility
All my thoughts jumping around it,
But I am nonchalant.
Eyes closed,
A smile of harmony kiss my lips.
